Welcome to
Plymouth’s Orthodox Synagogue . . .
the oldest Ashkenazi Synagogue still in regular use in the English speaking world.
We welcome all Jewish people wanting to worship, especially males to make a minyan.
Services. Friday 6pm, Saturday 10am.
All are welcome, you do not need to be Jewish to attend. Before attending please contact our Custodian Jerry Sibley who will register your name and details. Jerry can be reached on 07753 267616.
Friday Service: 6pm with Joe and Peter leading, but check to make sure.
Saturday Service: 10am with Joe leading.
- The shul door may be locked on the catch from the beginning of service. Anyone arriving after 10am may need to be let in.
- A nominated person inside shul will need to be briefed on the use of the panic alarm in case of emergency. Ideally one male, one female and ideally PHC members.
- The shul gates will be closed during the service and either manned or monitored by CCTV.
